A lease grants both the Landlord and Tenant to certain rights. More often than not, the Operational Departments of the Operators do not communicate effectively with their Estates department and are either unaware of their rights, or possibly intentionally taking advantage of the Landlord’s lack of expert knowledge in telecommunications, and install more equipment then they are permitted to.

In addition, the Operators sometimes allow access to Third Party Operators, and this often is a breach of the agreement.
